Having been put to rights by airy this morning in the sabbath post and noting phallica's ot comment in there has got me wondering as to what the differences are between nt and ot?if there are different viewpoints does the nt viewpoint take preference? * +

For the christian, the new. For the Jew, the old. There are always ways devised to align them, among christian apologists. Jews reject the new because they perceive it to be in conflict with the ot/tanakh. * +
