I don't, where does the line blur between a child that doesn't know better, and an obnoxious teen. Some children have a precocious talent for manipulation at an early age, for example. * +

I think we could say all 6 month olds are innocent. All 1 year olds. All 2 year olds. All 3 year olds. and then it gets tricky. maybe even before 3 as well. * +
