it's wrong to let sum1 wit a mental illness hang around and hurt people like that. They need to be attended n supervised. It depends on the level of the illness too. And if they dnt want to take their meds, they shud go straight to the hosp wether they like it or nt. I dnt have an adversity towards them, it's just they hurt innocent people sometimes. * +

true icey ppl will still applaud him and justify that act just look around to see it....I get what you saying mab. but its become so common to justify murder with the common excuse he or she had a mental breakdown. and I still question is how do you justify that someone can leave the house,work etc get into your car and kill someone in another area. I'm sorry to me that's not a mental breakdown that's just plain ol murder. * +
