Pay cash. If u dnt have enough cash. Dnt buy it. Save till u have enough. A Home loan for an affordable home is an Understandable investment. Otha debt is greed n pride. Debt snow balling. Pay off ur smallest account 1st. Then put that installment money towards ur next smallest account paying it off and work ur way up minimizing ur accounts till u have no debt....then make a fresh start and buy cash. * +

High interest rate accounts. To take down ur high interest rate accounts, banks offer credit cards with lower interest rates sumtyms on promotion. Get a low interest rate credit card and borrow the cash to pay off ur high interest rate accounts, and ur installments to the bank for the low interest credit card would be much lower so u can contribute more to pay it out. * +
