I believe God's original plan didn't involve man overpopulating the earth. God said, 'be fruitful and multiply and FILL the earth.' obviously at a later time he'd have said ''fine, the earth has an optimal human population, I'm withdrawing your biological ability and psychological need to procreate.''

Realy? do you think we are only to populate the world? and all those other trillions of planets are just for nothing? * +

@manszar God had to stop man accessing the tree of life because he was now under Judgement. He could eat of the tree as long as he abided by God's laws. He had lost that right. When God passed the sentence ''Dying, you will die'' the curse was recorded on the very DNA of man and Adam and Eve became dying creatures that very day. It was IMPOSSIBLE for anything from their genes, near or far, could be born immortal.

Did they have to eat from the tree of life to live forever? * +

''Adam knew exactly what he was doing was wrong and would have disastrous results.'' ...How so? He hadnt eaten from the tree yet....'His love caused him to not let Eve go down alone''...So mans love is greater than your gods?...''obviously at a later time he'd have said ''fine, the earth has an optimal human population''...That of course is pure speculation * +

accordin to the Quran, it was not a sin, but a mistake. And God forgave Adam and Eve for it. So there is no such thing as inherited sin and atonement. But for christians its a must, else their faith is in vain *
