Like hey, I've outsinned forgiveness, it can't get worse. However remorseful i am doesn't change a thing. I'll be d*mned anyway. Cast away religion and obligations to a God. Sin out the rest of my life to the max. I'm beyond saving. * +

Speculating, but I don't think there are many out there who think themselves beyond divine redemption, or any incarnation of redemption. Humans cling to hope and dreams in a profound manner, it's beautiful. * +

I want that to be true, but I'm at a loss how to trust that all breathing have hope of salvation if they regret their wrongs in the face of the written text and theology pr*nouncing that all sins but one are forgivable. The full import of this concept just zapped on me.. * +

That you want it to be true is enough. You don't need to reconcile that desire with the mediums you use to worship God. Hoping for the salvation of others is its own virtue. * +
