Are you good enough to go to heaven?many people think they have lived a relatively good life.They havent killing anybody,stolen anything significant or intentionally hurt people.But are good works alone enough to get you into heaven. * +

Good works, for what heaven. You see people that say they live good lives, fair lives, and why shouldn't that be enough. Fealty towards which god, unless those that say they don't believe have an undercurrent of belief towards a particular god. I've seen it in this forum, people that are more amenable towards prayers by Christians, without wanting to be tagged as a holy roller. It's not the worst thing in the world, though. * +

Noone is good enough for heaven, but if you believe and surrender to the Messiah who died for you then anyone, like the criminal on the cross, could be saved. * +
