Halaal is a barbaric method of animal slaughter.
I'm ending eating halaal beef meat.
How exactly is it humane letting an animal suffer such in a gruesome manner?
All because a book said so. * +

I remember a test where brain signals were recorded while animals were slaughtered under Jewish and Muslim law, shechitah and dhabihah, they did feel pain. When an animal was stunned prior to slaughter, they produced no pain signals. When the throat is cut, the severed nerves send pain signals until the time of death, saying otherwise is false.

Seen the slaughter (dead) methods.
Being stunned should be the norm globally, and propagated by animal welfare groups. * +

Okay. I work in a halaal-certified meat restaurant. I'm refusing to eat their beef products. Only chicken. I'm gonna try get them to switch since we chose a liquor licence over halaal certificate. * +
