I used to donate blood but i cant anymore, i'd donate a kidney to someone i knew, if it meant saving their life. When i'm dead, they can take whatever is worth taking, i wont need it. * +

yes i would, was someone elses stems/platelets/blood that helped my grandas agressive leukemia in his last days

I cannot unfortunately give blood . . . but carry a donor card 
as for bone marrow, if a family member or close friend needed such. I would be there like a shot. *
