mab, in most cases i agree, u don't kno what u'd fo until u are in a position... but to go to a child for sexual gratifiication well...... never. it sickens me, i have tears in my eyes writin this, look at my profile pic, now tell me who in their right mind would go there... god it would break me nd so help me god, i will murder. * +

i have an uncle who never ever married, never even had a gf all my life nd even before that, no sex... a reallly grumpy sod, but safe, he would tell u in colourful language what he thinks of this.... he had us kids climbin all over him, escapin from baths, streakin thru the house and never ever did he even look tempted. he wasn't sick. * +

Sexual abuse to children i also hate ladibud, and those who are guilty of it have no excuse whatsoever. I was talking in my posts about the homosexuality cases not about the children abuse and didnt use the word 'child' in my replies. * +

If it were after me i would expell from the church all those who did homosexuality and child abuse, don't wanna say anyfurther, esp about the latter. A place which is supposed to be chaste should not be stained. I would let the priests chose . * +

Who wants to get married and serve among people and who wants to be a monk and live in monastery. The marriage impose a certain way of life after all, family life requiers a certain involvement, a certain life style which celibacy dont. *
