Fasting is the best sacrifice we can offer to God and put our intentions in it. Is good if fallowed by prayer, but fasting alone is good enough when we can't focus in prayer. Fasting make God feel closer. * +

fasting is also a personal decision since fasting is a way to have a closer relationship with JESUS. we are also not to advertise it but to do it in secret. unless of course it a group fast, or there is a good reason to tell an individual * +
