I only added that to remind people of the freedom that they still have. To many times this verse in particular has been twisted by over domineering men to lord over women and hold them captive in thought and mind in their marriage. When te actual thought and idea behind this is that if you are not your own how then could you give in to the temptation that lies in wait. * +
