fasting is bizzare behaviour when food is availble, unless your to under go surgery or such, ok during a blight , drought or crop failing. .fair enough, but short of War time Rationing, theres just no need to do it in the UK in this century. * +

Have you ever thought of the people that die due to starvation? It's to make you realise how the poor feel and contribute a donation from your wealth to support them... In other words charity which most of the UK don't give a d*mn about; which has most probably landed them in this financial crisis they can't seem to solve..... * +

i dont get the link. charity is non profit. meaning the govt doesnt benifit from it. it isnt like taxes. it is non profit and often private. the most chairtable countries right now are in the middle of a economic crisis. Right now the USA tops the chart.
