I highly doubt it. Their heavenly messengers delivered contradicting messages. How can it be the same? Take the annunciation for example... Compare the messages from the Christian God delivered by Angel Gabriel about Jesus being the son of the most high, going to save his people from their sins etc. compare the message sent by Allah through Gabriel... Jesus cant save anyone, God has no son etc. * +
