i feel like this is none of my business and can easily be taken the wrong way, but i've read wat you described in a book as being feelings that have not been fully dealt with. instead going away a feeling thats not been fully faced will return periodically to catch our attention and the more we continue not to deal with it the more powerful and explosive it becomes. * +

i cant say this is accurate of your circ*mstances and i wouldn't dream of suggesting so. there is no way we can ever get over the loss of a loved one let alone a child. how the hell do we do that ? but maybe we could feel all the feelings that it brings up for us, painful tho they may be. * +

there would be a thousand wat if's regardless of wat happened. wat if we stayed home that day, wat if we'd gone to the doctors in time. any parent is gonna torture themselves trying to make sense of something like that. * +

Why do you feel guilt cheeky63 its one of those horrible cruel things that happens you had no control over it, there is support groups with other mothers who have been through the same that can help you with your grief. * +
