what do u think of clueless bosses, who think they know it all? Bosses who are against anything constructive if it came from a different source other than themselves. Bosses who are against hard workers because they feel that their position is threatend. Bosses who never get anything done, but want all the glory. Bosses who claim to be the victims if anything goes wrong in the organisation.... * +

Such people are enemies of economic growth. If you are a hard, innovative worker you should consider leaving and going to a business that will appreciate your efforts. Or start your own business. * +
