no... those labels are due to choices u made or what u have come to the conclusion of... a baby has no knowledge to make either choice or to be uncertain. * +

I'd say we're born agnostic. A theist says God exists. An atheist denies that. An agnostic neither affirms nor denies God's existence. That'd be the 'tabula rasa' neutral ground we're born in. * +
