There it goes @unquiet... Basically the passage cites God's foreknowledge as the basis on which he predestinates some people to have the image of Jesus and thus enter salvation. One cannot be christ-like without being called, justified and glorified and one cant experience these without being predestinated for it by God. And because God knows everything beforehand, he can predestinate us. * +

Incorrect purest. The term 'predistinate' is a misleading word used in translation. Scriptural encouragement to faithfulness is meaningless if each one's final destiny is fixed. ''He that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved.'' Matthew 24:13. * +
