i think it is more about location. women that wear skimpy clothes. like b*tt hanging out and a tiny top. these tend to be the girls that like to go to clubs and bars. locations where more crime circles, drinking and drugs is present. a play ground of bad choices. this isnt always the case of course. as most women are attacked at home our out shopping or going/coming from work and often by people * +
