Who said its means to prophet?? Its clearly mention in the same tradition dat altho for Mohamad s.A.w, Ali a.s is lyk Harun to Moses but there will be no prophet after Mohamad s.A.w... Its a prove dat Ali a.S was not a prophet but the deputy and successor of Mohamad s.A.w * +

i think it was unclear.succesor in what of the context one?so u doubt both capacity n credibilty of saydina omar n abu bakr? in this point i separated from u.still multi interpretation context of what of meaning rasool said of his succesor.because there was no model of government as comparison for new comunity was built by rasool.there was no concept of power separation yet. * +

maybe every arab had known how election a leader of them.he must a someone strong by musyawarah or concensus of each leaders in a forum.arab tradition to election a leader is by concencus because they knew the character of arab people.senority and strong man needed to lead them. * +

Yup both abu bkr and umr were not hafiz quran nor they were hafiz of hadith, they were never lead the muslim army in the presence of Mohamad s.A.w n Imam Ali a.S, while Quran says al baqarah 2:247... Leader can b the one whose greater in knowledge and power i.e ilm n hilm, dats y abu bkr n umr was not the ultimate choice, as imam Ali a.S were far much superior thn abu bkr n umr in all aspects, also dats d only reasn y muslim were seperatd *
