You're only proving Glenn Greenwalds point. Not only has the government violated the country's constitution, but its got the citizenry to cheer it along. So I don't actually have any sympathy for Awlakis opinions, but I must say that the assassination does reflect negatively on what democracy has come to mean in the US. * +

Exterminating people is an American past time. This was an American citizen who was subject to punishment with a fair trial. Due process and all that. The specialised penal court is a euphemism for Kangaroo court. *
