Some translations were doen through theological glasses. You find that with any work on earth, including the quran. More than a quarter of the verses in the quran doesn't make any sense at all, so the translators add words in brackets to give their own interpretation of what was supposed to be said. * +

translations is part of the matter.....as explained earlier...if the sources is marred with errors then you stuffed no matter how you try and justify it...and if compiler and scholars start adding their own definitions of what they endeavour as the message then the Word becomes corrupted with mans idealogies * +
