Why is it that when a exorcist ask for gods blessing to rid a demonic presence from a home or person of it can take days, weeks and or even months to rid the demon? Isn't god supposed to be more powerful? Why would someone need to ask god to rid of a demonic presence harassing his people? * +

The exorcist has to be a man of strong faith. If his faith is weak, the demon knows and takes advantage of it. * +

In 90 Percent of these cases i believe, there isn't really any demonic posession just a person suffering from some kind of a mental disorder, and well from what i have seen, if there really is a real demonic posession, it depends on the faith of the exorcist, if he a true will, he can get rid of the demon instantly. * +

There is another side to this dgsn. Whilst I agree that alot of what is called possessed by demons areas is down to mental health. Some are down to denomic possession. Why does it take months sometimes years is the person isn't trained well enough meaning strong in his convictions and hasn't enough knowledge of clearance and more than likely doesn't believe it true but doing it to appease and the * +
