it is strange that having kids without getting married is illegal. even they stoned couple if they did so. yet first 3 ruler of islam i.e abu bakar. umar. uthman were illegimate kids of their parents. bcoz scholar of muslims said that parents of these rulers were never married infact they died without getting married * +

Al tarikh al yaqubi v1 pg 255, 359, 489, by yaqubi said dat abu qahafa (father of abu bkr), khattab (father of umar), affan (father of uthman) died without getting married, also mention that they were famous pagans of arab and they use womens according to their desires * +
