there is a diffrence betwee a kid being chubby and a kid being obiece. The lil one i took into care didnt want to eat any thing other than bread cheese and egs at age 12 she was 25Kg over weight already that is on the way to heart desease and a sure death. * +

and thats what se got as evry one just let it go and if she said no i wount eat i want bread and cheese and egs 6 slises at a time thats what she got. in my house that changed and without any diet just healthy food and eating at the right time she lost that 25kgs over 8 months and suddenly she is a healthy running playing tean. * +
