and south africa still practices the MADAM tea girl role. yeah we have democracy but racism is still rife. come on people look at each other as humans and not as a skin color. every single human deserves to be treated with dignity it doesnt mean just because some cannot speak English properly has to be your slave or that they are stupid. * +

Its a job and we have labour laws governing employment. Anyway with 40 percent unemployment most would take any job. * +

it is an honest living smo and many have supported and educated their families for many years but times have changed pay people a decent salary so they can educate themselve and their kids to become something. i work for a well know newspaper and print group and its honestly shocking to see how racism is still in practice within the law. how certain groups of people a still minimum wage earners * +

Thats the economy and regulatory environment we're in at the moment. I know I avoid hiring if I can and then its only for unskilled jobs. * +

yes we have a high unemployment rate but does it mean we still have to exploit people.why not employ people on skill and not on their language abilities. i have seen in my company scholarships and apprenticeship handed out to people that can actually afford to go and study yet some workers here cannot afford it are overlooked. *
