before u enter Mecca u need to register to the Hajj asossiation, here u need ur particulars n u will be given courses, n then only when all qualifies n if theres place, u get to enter Mecca n do Hajj. there are restrictions that u need to learn aswel. this are the country procedure anyway. certain countries have different procedures. u cant simply enter Mecca even if ure a Muslim. * +

and to be a muslim u dont need certificate by God, just faith in the TWO Kalima Shahada, ure already a muslim. but certain countries would change ur records, for other purposes. *
