hadhrat was in Makkah Mukarramah, just completed Tawaaf, read 2 rakaats wajibut Tawaaf n was sitting onda Mutaf n just had a severe pain inda chest n Aah! Reached his most longing wish n tamanna of passing away inda Mubarak n blessed lands of Makkah Mukarramh n Madeenah Tayyibah. May Allah make us so fortunate n grant us maut in those blessed lands too. Aameen * +

what a true man of excellence he was. Every person who sat in his majlis n his dhikr programmes benefitted from him. He guided all from the youth to old. He was a spiritual mentor to thousands. May his family n spiritual followers have the patience to bear this loss and may we all gain strength through his lectures and the legacy that he left behind. * +

Jee, it's scary. He's 1 of the greatest ulamaa in SA and a hadith mentions that ilm will be raised from the ummah by the death of true ulamaa. May Allah grant him jannatul firdows n grant his family and companions the necessary sabr and tawakkul at this trying time. I believe Hadhrat achived his dream tho, of passing away in the holy land. 'Wuever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet them.' * +

What is amazing too is Hadhrat's respect even at the time of death. When he fell at the time of the attack, his feet happened to face the ka'bah, and he immediately turned his body so that his face was facing the ka'bah and his feet turned away * +
