I think its both. i personaly believe that their is life after death and that their is no god to judge us. but that is only half of spirituality. the other half is about love, and always trying to see behind others eyes with an open mind. but unlike religon we love because we want to and not just to get a ticket to heaven. that is my opinion. i would love to hear other peoples take on spirituality * +

I believe the spirit goes on, i also look for good in everyone and every situation. I play the glad game. However, i also write off ppl with black hearts, it saves me time and lets me concentrate on decent folk * +
