If we lived to be 500 years old with good health do you think we would be happy?
Wouldn't we just get bored of everything? * +

You would have probably tasted everything, had all the sex you want, been everywhere that interested you and had all the interactions with friends and family you could handle.
Would we reach a point where we say..Meh,that's it..there's nothing new. I'm bored, time to put on the wooden pyjamas and go for the big kip! * +

Major infrastructure issues spring to mind; finances inc mortgage or business ventures, family structure inc kids, marriage.. I mean it blows everything out the water.
That's probably all missing the point, but it isn't, because they're the reasons people don't get time to do all the things they'd like.
Retirement is pretty fkd up really, and that's when you've got it right - mortgage paid, grandkids grown up, now you can live but your health limitations take over.
It's hard to see how 500yrs will help if all the infrastructure has gotta adapt to it. * +

I would want to live as long as I could,as long as I could leave whenever I liked.imagine all the stuff you could do if you had enough time * +
