Has anyone ever suffered with this? Ive had it months and despite having physio its still extremely painful. Finding daily chores hard to do, getting dressed in the morning is a battle due to the pain down my leg. Just curious to know if anyone else has had this. * +

Its not sciatica it gets mixed up with sciatica. Its the little piriformis muscle that the sciatic nerve sits behind that gets irritated. Ive been having physio months, it eases off then comes back. Think next time I see physio Im going to ask if I can have an injection to help it as I know they can do that. * +

I was a bricky then n was in agony with it, I had physio, chiropractor, hospital traction, tons of pills for years,,,tried acupuncture as a last resort n it cured me after 1 session, ain't had no pain in years,, if all else fails ide try it if I was u * +

Not sure if I like the idea of acupuncture (lol) although I do know a lot that have had it for various things. Will have a chat with my physio see what he says. * +
