A woman with cerebral palsy has been jailed for 3 years. She waved her arms and swore at a woman who was cycling on the pavement.
Sadly the cyclist fell off her bike,into the road and was killed by a car.

A tragic case all round. However,it's not good to be cycling in the pavement!
This woman's death would have in all likelihood been avoided had he not been on the path. * +

annoying on pavements but I totally get why a cyclist wouldn't want to be in the road with other vehicles. drivers often don't see cyclists when they're looking out for cars.

I've been cycling almost entirely on pavements since the mid 1980s. No problems sharing with pedestrians. Works well. * +
