So does anyone think they could achieve this..... so for the past 4 years, it's been a great goal to try. For the last 4 years, we've been within this movemen. And last year and the year before we reached 1000 hours.
Balancing technology and outdoor time.
Its been pretty fun.

This year I'm trying to do it on my own. And I'm 12 days in and currently sitting g on 30hrs * +

If you're counting figures, you're not having fun.

I'm an outdoors person. I walk, run, cycle pretty much every day. I hate winter, and our miserable weather atm is grating me. I haven't done television for a decade, outside a bit of YouTube and Netflix a week.

My relationships don't last because they live indoors, I live outdoors, and resentment always rears its head.

I have nfi how much of my spare time I spend outdoors but it's gotta be the majority of the time, on average. * +

That's less than 3hrs needed a day on average so it shouldn't be all that difficult really, especially in an Aussie climate. What counts as ''outdoors''? Eg. if you went camping for instance, does time spent inside a tent still count as someone being outdoors, or not? If it does count then a couple of weeks camping out in a tent would cut the daily average requirements down a fair bit. * +

I reckon I spend at least 3hrs outside most days and often times a lot longer than that, especially if being in my greenhouse and/or garden shed counts as being outside. * +
