It means there's no price cap or regulation.

It's an exclusive-membership anarchy club. Either people are free to do what they want or not. An energy company is free to raise someone's electricity bill from 300 quid to 3000 quid in a year, but the police nick a scooter off a kid, or confiscate a tradesman's van for being a few kilos overweight.

The government sit by and do nothing but rake in the green taxes, despite there being a war on. Political suicide. And nobody's held accountable because No.10's currently vacant. And the opposition don't even seem interested in moving in.

I think you're right, everything's upside down! Meanwhile, prepare for your neighbours to snitch on you if they see smoke coming out of your chimney! * +
