I bet you think you need super heavy weights to get big too. Thing is with lifting theres so many ways to do it. Light weights, heavy, Everyone swears by the way they do it

Going by this logic, if i were to pick up a spoon every single day i would get big? Heavier weights will stun your muscle into growth. * +

Lightweight high reps dont do much vs heavyweight low reps * +
