gotta hope their water treatment plants are world class.

All manner of critters are constantly dying and decomposing in the water, a human body is no different really(only psychologically). Nature reclaims most of the organic matter before it gets anywhere near a water treatment facility. * +

Well, here in eastern Oklahoma I live in a single canopy rain forest and it is very warm and humid tonight. I am hoping I am not jinxing us for another green hurricane that tends to crop up every twenty years or so. * +

Watched a program a while ago, that said a large majority of the water on the west coast goes to farmers. They grow almonds, oranges and grapes in that region all of which takes an awful lot of water. Almonds are supposed to be the worst thousands of gallons per tree for not that many nuts. * +

It's even worse than that, but you would have to ride with me through the Napa valley to witness the horrors with your own eyes to realize how bad it really is. * +

It usually comes up from the Caribbean right?

That June to Nov hurricane season is always active, but its usually is a powerful one south coast thatll come up and cause damage.

Are these the ones youre talking about? *
