Pulane, which is the female Sesotho name for rain. That was soooo many moons ago, only because I made a point of greeting and helping customers in their own languages. So a wonderful man gave me the nickname, and it lasted for a few years. * +

I only answer to my first name, Mr and my surname or boss. Not mate or buddy or just my surname or anything like that. * +

The eastern europeans use my full first name, I guess because of some sense of belonging or something.
I also have a family-only nickname, which I've always had. All the fam use it, nobody outside ever can.
But otherwise, yeah I'm Mikey out there, too * +
