Did you even watch the video? You probably don't need to kiss their ars* quite as much anymore, Pakistan probably has more working nukes than they do at the moment. They found that the rocket fuel had been stolen from a lot of their missiles and even if they still have some in working order, many of them can't be launched because their missile silo doors don't work properly and are stuck shut due to a faulty design, trapping the missiles below ground. * +

Their military is apparently in such a poor state that any plans they may have had to invade Taiwan and establish military dominance over the South China Sea any time soon have most likely been set back by a decade or more and may have even become impossible now. If it's as bad as they think then it represents a major change in the geopolitical landscape, if China is no longer seen as being as big of a military threat as it was previously thought to be. * +
