Blakelee Sands or McKamie Queen, according to her drivers license became upset when a bouncer at a bar outside Oklahoma City took the identification shed tried using at the establishment last week, The Smoking Gun reports.

She then doubled-down on her bluff and called 911. When police arrived and checked out the phony ID, they discovered the drivers license number on Sands identification card was registered to a 43-year-old man who lives in Texas.

Video posted to Tulsa, Okla., station KOTV shows police in the town of Edmond standing with Sands outside the Wolf Trap bar asking if the ID is a fake.

No, she answers, adding Yeah, Im sure, when asked if shes positive the ID is authentic.

Sands was arrested for using false identification to mislead a peace officer, which is a felony.

Are her felony charges well-deserved? The police said had she left the fake ID there; none of this would have happened.

a decent lawyer could maybe argue entrapment in the officers questions but I've no idea what the standard is for that.
