If you believe in the best of all worlds notion promulgated by Leibniz then you'd undeniably believe that this world is the best option out of many others simply based on the notion that God is good therefore He would commit to the best possible action creating a world that is simple, free from unnecessary complications thus producing regularity by abiding with a simple set of universal laws. You could see this as generic... garden variety... fifty fifty, yet if it was designed with a complicated hypothesis, producing a coherent system... It would simply appear irregular.
The perfection perhaps lies in its simplicity free from irregular complexities.

Oh, I love these discussions! I believe that we live in a spectrum of time, where we believe it to be constant - but instead, it's always going both forwards and backwards in the multiverse. There's ultimately some balance, and order to the universe. * +
