i dont think anyone has that distiction, people who check facts need to have reason for the outcomes they arrive at. that's why so many look at trump as a loser, he puts up walls between himself and the things he wants say. no accountability required in his world. * +

You go to a source of information that's reliable and take it from there. If that comes up in forums and I check say the Times and if something in there backs it up then I would look further .... * +
