They kind of lose it later on , they cover her resignation but don't really go into detail...they also don't cover the miners strike and her breaking the power of the Union's....which is a shame because that's one of the most important parts of her legacy....but heyho it's a program about the crown not her, shame

Her mother lived to 101. Genetics can overcome poor lifestyle, good lifestyle cannot overcome bad genetics. Not that she necessarily has a bad lifestyle, she probably has access to the best food, fitness programs and healthcare of anyone in the world. *
