If the person in the shop prepares an item and places it into a tub with sealed lids, he can place into a service bench of stainless steel, and give a quick wipe with antibacterial sprays. He does no more from here.. the person who delivers the item does not open the tub first, he first wipes with antibac, places it on the previously sterile transport, then makes the delivery opening the tub, placing the item on the recieving table for the customer to pick up freely, or with gloves, or antibac as they desire..
