It's Africans killing Africans. Just like in America when blacks kill blacks. It's expected, it's a 'dog bites man' scenario. When a white cop kills a black man it's noteworthy because of how rare it is. Even though most of those shootings are deserved.

The difference now is that it's being used to claim some type of trend or 'institutional racism' which is non existant.

And that in turn has ultimately evolved into a shakedown and extortion. 'Pay us reparations, give us money, give us priority or we'll shriek racism at every turn.'
