Apparently we spend on average of a third of our lives in bed. Do they mean actually sleeping or having sex. How many hours do you sleep on average * +

I've considered doing a sleep log for some time, just to work out my average daily hours. The aim is to find what it is when i'm most comfortable, and find what my body prefers, so i can aim closer to that and be a little more consistent.
This might be less of an issue for some, but i work some crazy shifts - i get 200 days off a year, which is great, but i do 12hr shifts both days and nights, so it's not always easy to keep settled.. In fact, my entire first day off is often spent in bed, situ permitting. * +
