I pay it coz 13 pound a month is worth the hassle of not havin tonnes of letters over it n ppl knockin on my door cause of it, ive sed it before ill say it again , a high majority of ppl i know who dont pay ther tv licence are the same people who dont pay water bills, ill just never understand why * +
