Bin lookin into it on youtube.Apparently it's invigorating.Bit of confusion of what coffee to use as some people bin using drinking coffee but theres spose t'be a proper coffee for it.Was thinkin of using a washing up liquid bottle to squ*rt it up there instead of sticking a tube up there..Dunno if anybody ever had one? * +

it's pretty much the same thing with coffee.

caffeine encourages many a morning shiit, but you have to fill your bowels or lower intestines with liquid to irrigate them. * +
