was watching a program the other day about the artic. Theres a town which is the northern most permantly inhabited place, about 200 miles from the north pole. In the hight of summer it gets up to - 5, and the ppl still are out having bbqs and out door parties

Can reach negative 10 there quite often. Even negative 20.
