so this cat keeps trying to come inside whenever I open the door. She has a collar, and she also seems to visit the neighbours. But nobody seems to know where she comes from or lives. She's super skinny, would you feed her? * +

I don't think so. Not without the consent of her owner anyway. Many cats have very unique specific diets anyway. But then again, it can't be worse than the birds she eats outdoor anyway, so I dunno. * +

If you're worried, why not take her to a vet and see if she's chipped? It's possible that she's lost and indeed starving, but that could not be the case either. * +

maybe her old owner died or moved while she was out on the prowl, the apartment complex could be all she knows for a home.
