So, once your illness has improved and you're no longer taking antibiotics. You should start taking some of those good bacteria ,yogurt type, drinks. This is normal treatment in hospitals. * +

Only been on them since Tuesday afternoon, managed to eat a sandwich earlier n kept it down so far..hopefully I'm over the worst, it's only a weeks course so I'm gonnae try n ride it oot
